Evicting some ******* kid next week

So this dweeb hasn't paid his rent and his parents keep begging me not to evict him, because they refuse to have him move back home so they don't have to deal with the creepy little bastard.

I told him this **** is not gonna fly anymore and he's got a week to pack up his porn and his weird little **** doll and get the **** off the property. He started crying about his job at Starbucks and "doing everything right," and how the American Dream is to be able to sit around in his underwear and frantically jerk off all day. He blames his failures on capitalism. I told him to take off his little tin foil hat because I can't even take him serious when he looks like such a dip**** with tears streaming down his face.

He couldn't even wait until I walked out the door before he was already trying to finger bang his **** doll.

Do people like this even have a chance?
