JFL if your primary water source isn't an ancient aquifer untouched by mankind

Imagine getting your water from the river or an ocean, or a shallow well.

All those chemicals they can never fully filter out. There are millions of them, every year they're discovering new ones which cause cancer even in trace amounts.

Chemicals from fracking, landfills, mines, manufacturing, vehicular pollution, airports, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fertilizers, power plants, atomic testing.

Not to mention the ones that are known to have other effects. For example, Atrazine isknownto turn male frogs into females, yet we still use it. What do you think it does to humans?

Agreed it would be better stored in a glass bottle. but ive not found anything better at the store. says bpa free if that means anything lol

Every day I trek 55 miles to a private oasis in secluded Appalachia to fetch my water. When I return, it is then vapor distilled. Various tests are performed during the process to ensure correct pH and purity levels. Finally, electrolytes are added in for taste, and the water is stored in an air-tight, stainless steel vat at 2-3 degrees celcius.

If you don't do all of this you are not going to make it.
