Do bald people shampoo their head?

Or do they just put water on it? Not sure how it works since I am not bald. At best I just buzzed my head as much as possible but I still used shampoo when that happened.

I use Nizoral 1-2x per week and face wash the rest of the time. Body wash if I'm feeling lazy.

American Crew 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash. Works great but is a little drying on the skin.
