The best and most aesthetic cardio ITT

Been doing this for 5 months now. I've been training consistently for 17 years now and this is by far the most fun cardio... It's like an art form and gets the bishes wet.

I can’t do the crossovers very good
Always hit my back

Sometimes I jump rope for an hour straight (srs)

Nothing fancy just the regular boxing step

I can barely do five minutes without getting kunta kente whip marks on my toes and being drenched in sweat and out of breath.

Nice. I like to just practice different skills mostly, and the cardio aspect is just a great bonus. But yeah, better than that running bull****, anyone can do that boring stuff.

I mostly use my crossrope with the 1/4lb rope. Turns so smooth. Hurts like hell when you give yourself a lashing though.

I'd say that is more like CrossFit. You have to do some heavy lifting along with the cardio

I agree though, skateboarding is cardio. I've always appreciated the art of it... I was able to do an ollie and kickflip back in the day. I'm sure i'd be with you if i stuck with that.

I keep getting proven wrong. I agree completely.... And with that too, i like to just practice different skills, and the cardio aspect is just a bonus.

Just lol if the answer isn't sprint swims in the pool srs

Try it, your total body and all of your muscles will be popping from it - similar to run sprints. Difference being swimming works out upper body more and your shirt is already off.

In b4 distance swimming - just lol at a 2 min + pace looking like a DYEL Iron Maner

I love swimming and there was a time where i would swim after every workout. It would be ideal but it's not always practical as you change then end up nasty from the chlorine water, shower, change again, etc.

But the feeling you get after a good swim cannot be beat. Swimming in the cool water energizes and revitalizes you.

The chlorine does suck. Feel it damages my skin / hair quite a bit. That said the 'swimmers bod' is the most aesthetic look among athletes to chicks and that really isn't debatable

That said do like jump rope. Easy to do 15-20 min after a lifting session, can take anywhere (hard to do running outside in summer heat), better than treadmil or god forbit the ellliptical

I joined the Y just because they had a pool and I had this idea I’d do more cardio if I could swim (I’m a fuggin fish outta water srs) Had a buddy that use to work there and told me how often they had to fish out brown trout from old people and kids that it disgusted me. Now I can’t swim there for the thought of it.
