Got Test results, how does this look guys? (srs)

Was thinking I might be finally jumping on the TRT wagon, but looks like no. Anyway, how does this measure up for an almost 42yo lifetime natty?

Test, total, MS = 668ng/dL

Test, Free = 113.6pg/mL

I wouldn't mess with that. Do your thyroid labs look good?

Also, don't put much faith in free test results. The test is flawed and not very accurate.

This is better to use for comparison.

Yeah, all my other labs are good. I have high cholesterol and triglycerides but that's the only thing out of normal range for me.

if you are a lifelong lifter and very into it i dont see what the rational fear is with just having to jab your ass/leg once a week to have extremely optimal performance level hormone functioning.

I mean you could have twice that level by taking 2 minutes out of your day 1 time a week and have increased recovery, increase libido, increased sleep, increased mood, increased fat loss. Theres practically no downsides to TRT levels except the jab. IDK why guys even question it TBH.
guys will spend more time mowing their lawn, making coffee, cleaning their vehicle, than it would take to optimize sex hormone function.

Looking absolutely stellar, especially for 41.

Mine were ~320 and free was below reference at 38 years old. LH/FSH were in the gutter. Decided to hop on the TRT train. Avoid if you can. Being married to the needle sucks.

At those levels, you'll probably avoid the needle for life. Lucky man/10.

I started TRT at 44 after numerous tests showing ~300ng/dl for total test. My thyroid levels were also low. Test cyp alone fixed my thyroid as well as my test levels.

Don't mess with test until you are consistently at 300 ng/dl or below.

p.s avoiding talking too directly on this one, I defo have seen the evidence on this one

two Qs

Is doubling Vitamin T levels when you are 20s for lifelong use OK?

How much is too much? Surely side effects are correlated if you triple - quadruple; where do most go wrong?

cuz most brahs who take vitamins make it out it is no-brainer as u get life quality benefits at the expense of nothing

Assuming you lift 3-5x a week and care about your health in terms of consuming whole foods, no alcohol/smoking etc

Have always had borderline low T brah. I have secondary hypogonadism caused by a pituitary disorder. My LH and FSH are really low and in turn, my body produces test irregularly and in low amounts.

The sad thing is, most docs didn't want to help because my levels were all in "reference range". Most didn't want to even touch the subject. Finally got a good doctor who helped.

Personally I’m always prepared to just disappear off into the world at any moment. 100% comfortable figuring out how to live life from some remote wilderness to third world chit hole etc.. no matter what life throws at me. I’m settling down with a family etc.. and it’s not like I am full prepper mode. But I don’t want to be unable to function 100% if I’m ever in a situation where I can’t get some prescription for months on end.

Just noticing certain things starting to break down more often. More joint pain, etc. And a buddy told me I should just get tested and see where I'm at. In his words "you would be insane not to at least get tested".

So now I know.

So at 41, more joint pain after years of heavy lifting is "normal" and nothing is out of wack.
I assumed "break down" more often just came with the territory.
