Dude was molested during T2 by his tutor. His parents even let the 13 yo move in with his 26 yo tutor girlfriend.
And the fukked up thing? When they broke up, she sued him for 15% of his earnings.

He hooked up with his tutor Jacqueline Louise Domac on the set of Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991). He was 13 and she was 26. She became his manager and they lived together until 1998. She went to court in 1999 to request 15% of Furlong's earnings for the past three years, charging physical abuse and breach of contract.

Googled the sloot and there's tons of pics of them together and they looked happy. I doubt him banging his hot tutor really messed him up that bad. Seems like he had a rough marriage though later on. Bet that had more to do with it.
