Was coming back from the gym and got jumped, still in shock(SRS)
I live in a rough neiborhood and I always hit the gym in the afternoon because I avoid the streets at night but yesterday I was running late and had no choice.
Usually I bring my glock in my gym bag but my gf left me 3 days ago and my mind is all over the place so I forget . Anyway, I finished my legs session and was walking slow af . I decided to cut through the park as a shortcut but when i was about to walk out, 3 urban youths started walking towards me. At this point I had my hoodie on so I guess they didnt really notice I was huge . One of these mfers steps towards me talking sh!t so I grabbed a stick on the ground that appeared to be a dog's stick cause it was chewed a little, but very sharp at the point. As I was leaning back up with it in my hand ready to swing , my legs failed me and I swerved, lost my balance and fell on the ground. Now Im not religious but at this very moment I started praying and it appears the lord heard my prayers, because in this moment I felt a devine energy running through my body as if I was in a trance, I heard the lord and savor tell me to stand up and fight them as I was breaking into tears, I received a wave of what seemed to be divine water , giving me energy instantly like a second wind so I got up and was ready to defend myself. One of them shot me in the chest but I didnt care, because i knew the lord and savor was on my side and that day was not the day I would die. I got up bleeding and ran as fast as I could but since it was dark i rammed into a tree and lost consciousness but I didnt care. I knew that if I really tried I could have beaten these thugs.
