What supplements changed your life?

My daily supplement list:

• Vitamin D - 5000 IU
• Vitamin C - 1000 mg
• Iodine - 13 mg
• Vitamin B12 - 2500 mcg

Honorable mentions are Zinc and Magnesium which for me in my experience I noticed some benefit but not life changing or major

Only one supplement worth the money you pay for it.

Only one worth talking about.

Honestly not much legal stuff. Maybe ephedrine/caffeine/yohimbine hcl. Everything else is so mild as to wonder if there’s any benefit.

I'm an oldcel, Orange Triad works really well for me, and I only take 2 per day. It helped me with all kinds of emotional issues and sleep issues, as well as better digestion.

The average person is vitamin D deficient. Unless your walking around shirtless from 10AM to 3PM for an extended period of time daily. You're probably not getting enough vitamin D.

I take 50K IU per week. And I'm out and about 12 hours per day. In and out of vehicles/buildings. In the sun, etc. Obviously wearing a shirt so its not enough.

also insulin can be fun to play with when you are extremely knowledgeable and also know your body very very well and are very disciplined.

Also before i get *******s saying "cop using PEDs" insulin is legal, its only illegal to distribute, not possess
