315 squat single PR today, REPS TIL I'M OUT
I've been chasing 315 for a while, and never really got consistent with a program or volume.
Lately I've been on a 3x3 and did 265 last week, things have been progressing decently well given that I just turned 37.
Today, I was kind of feeling it, so I warmed up;
135x5
225x1
275x1 (which flew up)
And just said phuck it, let's try 315, so I belted up, got under, unracked which felt great, took a few deep breaths and went for it.
Went down, came up with a little bit of a fight but then powered through. I let out a "PHUCK YEAH!" pretty loudly at the gym after getting it.

I have a lever belt from Gymreapers that I've found to be pretty great. Stabilizes you, but won't save if you aren't breathing properly or train core.

But if you don't know how to brace properly it can accelerate you towards a herniated disc
