What is the excuse of not eating healthy in the UK?

See tons of fat people, in certain areas as much as the USA.

I eat a low-carb diet, some days keto, (so more expensive than including rice, oats, beans, bread) and I average 5-7GBP (7-10 USD) per day for 2 big meals and2 homemade minimal-prep Turkish coffees per day. SRS

Yall have all the same terrible diet choices present in the U.S. It's not like UK normies are going to be any more responsible about their diet choices just because they're from the UK.

If yall were any more responsible about self-care, your teeth wouldn't be in the shape they are in.

That's true. Also when you go to the supermarket and a pack of strawberries is £2 but a pack of 4 Snickers chocolate bars is £1 it's easy to see why people make poor choices, but I'm assuming that's the case in most places across the world.

Also I know a lot of people that drink. I hear about people getting through a bottle of wine a night. I think a lot of people are so unhappy with their pathetic lives, all they look forward to is having a drink at night.

The excuse is nearly always that healthy food costs too much-reality is a bag of carrots that would last a week is cheaper than a big multipack of crisps they get through in a day most times out. You see them going in the supermarket & riding their mobility scooter right through the fruit & veg aisle & then heading straight to the fizzy pop, cakes, biscuit, crisps etc aisles.

I honestly think that the guy who owns the mobility scooter store is the richest guy in the village/town

This is true, but who wants to sit in front of the TV at night eating a bag of carrots?

No one cooks. The food industry exploits that and makes prepared food unhealthy but tasty as possible to capitalize on people’s unwillingness to make their own meals

That being said, just lol at living in England and eating anything except at the best london eateries and certain places like posh tea rooms
