Low carb "ice cream"

I've tried a number of them and Breyer's knows how to do it right. Has a few carbs more per serving than the other ones like Halo Top and Endulge, but taste and texture are far superior to them.

Might try this just to see what it tastes like I've never had low carb ice cream

I'm having low carb "keto bread" lately and it actually tastes pretty good, 12g of fiber per slice.
Would kick em in the nuts

Meh more into protein pancakes. Taste and texture more or less the same but 3g carbs, 60g protein. I use zero calorie syrup on mine srs, hnggg

Would check ingredients for malitol. Potent sugar alcohol which leads to unpleasant digestive side effects. It's still dose dependent however.

ive honestly seen just as much or more fat gain/digestive issues from the low cal/halo top/enlightened ice creams as I have just regular real ice cream.

If I want carbs I just eat regular ice cream. I don’t feel like a bloated POS the next day like I do when eating pizza, cereal or something else.

Their Chocolate Caramel Lava Cake is good. But agree, not a fan of anything else.

I’m not really an ice cream person but I do like sweets. Got into trying low carb/keto ice creams to get my fix. Good looking out OP. Will try.

Oh, I certainly do. See below. Midnight Toffee custard is hnnnng. But, I don't always want a lot of carbs and Breyers is best I've had so far. Not doing keto or low carb atm.

Actually you jest but if you freeze whole heavy cream with a flavoring like chocolate powder and sweetener it tastes almost exactly like ice cream.

They started nasty but I gave them another go and they improved a lot recently. Fairlife and Sola are pretty awesome too. Enlightened has good flavors but the texture is kinda chunky.
