VS a Condo or traditional home?

You get what you pay for, unless you buy a mobile home, then you pay for more than you get.

I would much rather live in a single family stick built home than anything you've listed because I'm not poor.

The bottom line here is don't be poor and you won't have to worry about buying a mass produced building to live in.

I'd live in one on at least 10 acres out west, and invest the saved income from buying way too much house for myself in the market.

However I'd absolutely never live in a mobile home park.

Some of the newer ones are really, really nice. As nice as a traditional built home. Some are well built and you can hardly tell the difference. The only difference is that it is still considered manufactured and doesn't hold, increase value as well, and when you start looking at those preimium one's, they cost so much that when you consider putting a foundation on it and all of that, you are about in the same price range, except, it's a mobile home still. Those cheaper one's, well you'll know you are in a trailer every day. Some are pre-fab where they are built in a factory in pieces, and assembled. Those aren't considered mobile homes.
