would have looked better with fakers if she would have done it more responsibly. fakes look good as long as your natural tissue covers them. when you put 10 pounds of potatoes in a 5 pound sack its just too much.

Agreed 100%. I think like +2 cup sizes is the most you can do before it starts looking ridiculous. So if you've got A's, stick with a B or C post op, will look 350× better and more natural than going D+ like the chick in the OP.
