Very few people have a clue what to do in the gym
Anyone notice this as well? Like people coming in, doing every exercise in existence other than the big 3 with resistance bands twirled around their nipples and plums. Coming in and booking a smith machine or all the cable machines for 1.5 hours, doing quarter reps for each exercise, never progressing.
Up to them as it doesn't change my life but wouldn't you want to do something correctly if you're going to dedicate your time to it? I half-arsed it back when I was 16 and never saw significant changes but you live and learn.

Yeah, totally. Just yesterday I saw this dude try to squat but instead of bending his legs, he would just move his torso forward and down. What a dumbass!

Blows my mind that 95% of people are unwilling to invest even an hour doing some googling to figure out how to do various movements correctly or look up absolutely basic workout plans, especially considering they're sitting there on their phucking phones for the entire time in between their garbage sets of whatever mongoloid exercise.
Never give advice to normies in the gym unless specifically requested though, because no matter how friendly and non-judgmental you try to be, the dude's ego is going to be bruised and he's going to act like kent to you because of it in almost every case.
