Post a more difficult job than this
Hotshots. No ****ing way I can do this. They climb mountains and sh*t in the summer it like 100 degrees out and clear brush so fires don't spread and whatnot. Literally hell, imagine the stamina you need to just climb the side of a mountain all day in the heat, then ****ing chop wood and whatever. No thanks Jefferson.

Can confirm, that academy is no joke either, you need godly cardio.
You hike miles and miles carrying 70 lbs of gear ( chain saw, pack, Pulaski tool, water, tools , etc) THEN the real work start, you dig a fire line for miles. You have to make your own path, you chop down trees, clear brushes and hike hills that are steep as fuk. You sleep in a sleeping bag and do it all over again the next day.
The brotherhood you'll make will be incredible and cannot be put into words.
The money sucks though and you do this as a stepping stone to a city fire jobs.
However, there are some who stay in that field as a career, respect to them but no thanks.
