I am 33 and still like instant noodles

Been eating them since I was 5 years old. I still eat 1 packet or sometimes 2 daily, not the cup ones, but the ones you cook on the stove for 3-5 minutes.

I know its not so healthy, but has plenty of calories and protein. Its fun to eat them, they are usually tasty and fast to cook. Might eat them forever, not as a meal but as a snack yes.

For some reason they’re pretty tasty if you cook them good, just be really careful with the seasoning packets - the sodium is incredible.

I always eat with broth intact, always use the spoon instead of a fork to eat so that I get the taste of liquid as well which is more tasty since the seasoning mixes with the water really well.

I don't eat those, but Tuna Helper (somewhat similar) is some GOAT cuisine even though I haven't had any in quite a while.

Some people like to add chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilli and other vegetables, but for me the original packets seasoning works just well enough and I like to leave the taste original as it is.

There's tons of high quality noodles. Def shouldn't be an every day thing but for a meal in a pinch they're pretty good.

I like Nong Shim. Tasty noodles, VERY spicy.
