Is This Safe To Eat??

Ordered burger and fries and uber guy brought to wrong building at about 9:13ish.
I got a refund and reordered same thing and ate it.
Security at building brought old order to my door around 12. Uber guy brought it from wrong building to mine.

I put burger and fries in tupperware and in fridge.
Is that good to eat tomorrow? srs
was semi sealed in uber bag/ carboard box for 3 hours at room temp and is now in fridge. (srs)
would suck to throw out $40 of food

cuz I read: "Kitchen Fact: Cooked food should not be left out of refrigeration for more than two hours. ... In this range of temperatures, bacteria grows rapidly and the food can become unsafe to eat, so it should only be left out no more than two hours"
