For people complaining about how certain cities became bad

It is obvious with time, cities depreciate, they lose ******ce, buildings look older, paints lose colour, streets become dirty, obviously with time they are over used...however new cities, new towns, new projects they look new, they appear cleaner, ******ce is amazing, architecture is intact with time...

So obviously we need leaders of tomorrow, to create new cities.
