Human windmill seen at gym

I was benching at the gym today and this guy beside me was doing windmills with his arms and shaking his legs inbetween squat sets.
Fukk it was really distracting my focus, maybe I'm just being a pha ggot

Anyone else noticed anything annoying or weird at the gym recently?
