When I was a freshman in college I was at a party, and immediately caught feels for some drunk chick there. We made out, but that was it, and then she told me her birthday was coming up.

I’ve blocked all of those memories.

My most beta thing that paid off…. Went on a date dash with my oneitis freshman year (who liked my roommate - she probably only said yes to make him jealous). Pulled out all the stops, took her to a really fancy dinner. Anyway, I was so into her that I tried to make my move the next day and sent her a massive bouquet of tulips in a crystal vase as a thank you to her dorm.

Lucky me, she wasn’t home when they were delivered so they sat at the front desk for a few hours and all the sloots mired them. 2 girls in my freshman orientation class got wet over them and ended up hooking up with one that weekend and went on a few dates with the other one and still talk to her (she is now a state house representative).

Wrote a fukkin essay to my hs oneitis senior year detailing way too many things over a few years. Like, fuk that was too much. She was apparently talking to a dude then, but she was actually pretty nice with the rejection and seemed to genuinely offer friendship.

Didn't have a relationship with her outside of school so didn't talk to her after graduation. She hit me up a couple years later just to say hi (?), but I was going through some chit and kept it brief.

I woken up hungover as **** totally naked in way too many ex's beds. Did not even read my phone messages from the night before god knows what I said to get there.
