One of the single most important lifting videos you will ever watch
dead serious
if I would have just had this 5 minute video available and absorbed everything I would probably be 2 years ahead of where I am now.
This is something for everyone, literally everyone who lifts.

also this is what I meant by absorb the information which you clearly did not.
its about first initiating mind muscle connection and making sure your mind is firing the intended muscle
then make sure youre movement is in the right plane and the right direction, i.e. breaking at the knees for quads, scapular plain for delts, hips locked for rows, etc... the execution portion, also 90%+ people do this wrong by watching stupid youtube videos by stupid influencers or ifbb pros
then slow down you eccentrics, almost everyone, literally 98% of people i see in the gym rush eccentrics
then its about depth, which is just RoM of the intended muscle. A muscle in its contracted/flexed form is in its most shortened length, when weight is pressing against it and youve lengthened the muscle as far as it will go then you have loaded it through full lengthening. Loading the muscle in the shortened, mid, and lengthened phases every workout and having quality stimulating reps in those phases yields the most hypertrophy. Once again most people are clueless which portion of a lift they are even loading when they select exercises.
I.e. Peacher curls load the lengthened position more then dumbbell standing curls which load the shortened position more

Yeah a lot of people don't do this because they want to rush their workout or are pushing too much weight
Also doing 5-6 sets of 6-12 reps per muscle part like this is goat
