Best bang for your buck vitamins/minerals (srs, not dat dere)

Currently taking Vitamin D3 and Biotin. I get enough Vitamin C in my diet as well as Omega 3s from fish. what are some good cheap stuff that offer great health benefits. not looking to have a whole damn pharmacy or looking to spend a lot of money. if you had to choose maybe 2 extra supps what would be your choice?

Tell me what you're hoping to get out of these supplements and I can make some suggestions OP.

In general:
- ZMA is excellent. Most people are deficient in both zinc and magnesium. I wouldn't expect anything performance wise but good for general health
- Creatine is a must. It just works
- Vitamin D.
- Fish oil for general health
- Ashwaganda is good if you're a high stress type person

Glucosamine is absolutely useless for healthy people and marginal even for people with osteoarthritis.

Cod liver oil is excellent if you want to give yourself heavy metal poisoning.

Great suggestions lmao

Mostly looking to cover potential deficiencies within my diet, I don't really track micros all too much but I do have a rough idea of what I may be lacking and more as an insurance policy get some extra. I've made some changes in my diet, mainly eating less rice/pasta, less carb heavy stuff and replacing it with more meats/veggies.

I think ZMA is a good shout out, didn't really count creatine, I just do 5g once a week, plus whatever little I get from beef. Fish oils I think I got covered with eating salmon 2 times a week along with some other fish. I might try some Ashwaganda.

as far as tumeric, i use it in the curries I cook sometimes so I'm good there lol. not sure if it does anything.
