I see "this isn't ********" posted all the time when someone tries to pull the self grandiose bullchit. We share hacks, vulnerabilities, cyber articles, or chit we're working on to find solutions. And I get head hunted 3-5 times a day on LinkedIn, first to Indeed. Nothing gains me more interest than LinkedIn.

And the LinkedIn learning is pretty cool too.....

There's so much cringe on there. I scroll for the lulz. The only reason it's so cringey is because everything is tracked so you have to be nice and professional for a change.

I've had recruiters reach out to me on linkedin with jobs I couldn't find on other job search sites. Plus it's a good way to make connections with recruiters, in general

I'd do that **** but with the way the internet is these days you would need to distance yourself from your employer or else the social justice league will try to get you fired.

Also curious if linkedin learning is really that beneficial. Any insight into it?

What drives me crazy is getting a request to link up from someone around me and then BAM immediate spam message with a transparent sales reachout. So many people on there fishing with dynamite and I always wonder if it actually works. I delete them right away so hopefully they get the hint.

It's kind of funny though, it's usually the low/mid tier karens in HR or some chit using Linkedin like their own ******** making sure they virtue signal.

I rarely see colleagues or individuals who are successful in their field posting on there other than legit educational content (i.e papers).
