You should always control your emotions so to answer your question, yes but that's the beauty of life sometimes you can't control it BUT fkn lol at you if you can't control your emotions 99.99% of the time, JFL at you.

My fav is when sloots get angry when they are trolled, and don't even realize it lmao. You could easily laugh it off, but they get so mad.

I always tell my sons if they are letting other people make them angry they lose right there.

Anger should be a response to danger. Laughter a response to all other provocations.

It’s hard to teach a 7 year old to not care what other people thinks about what he likes. And to stand up for himself.

But if isaiah wants to tell him Pokémon are for nerds cuz Isaiah has an older brother. I can’t have him getting pissed and pushing Isaiah. I need him to have a comeback and a way to laugh at the other kid but I’m not gonna be like “yo tell Isaiah his shoes make him look like a ****g0t”. And I don’t want to feed him lines, he’s a really observant kid so I hope he will just figure it out someday. But will need the self esteem to be outspoken. I try to coach him on mostly having more and more self esteem til he gets to the point he can just really not care at all what Isaiah says.

I’ve seen him kinda shrug his shoulders at kids not doing what he wants and going to play by himself sometimes now, or he gets a few kids to do what he wants. When before he might of got mad kids wanted to do somthing different. Ultimately that’s not what I think we want, some balance and getting along with the group is necessary sometimes but just gotta give best guidance I can nomsaiyin. Controlling the anger and building ego / self esteem is key go hand in hand imo.

Yup. There are studies indicating anger weakening immune system and is even associated with shorter lifespan

There's a time and place for righteous anger. Beyond that, you should control your emotions.
