How long can you stop paying your cell phone bills before your credit takes a hit?

or they stop their service?

I'm on a leave of absence from work and don't need any large purchases in the foreseeable future

I think the delinquent money owed would have to go to collections.

I didn’t pay my cellphone bill once.

This was with Sprint. They sent Keanu Reeves to my house and after 2 minutes of pain I caved and paid the bill.

I’m on Verizon now though.
