If you could reallocate muscle

From one part of your body to another, which would it be? I for example have big calves from being an obese fatass and would take some from there and reallocate it to biceps. What say you?

Well since Penis obviously isn't a muscle, to give a serious answer - my chest is the area I'm least happy with mass wise...not sure where I'd want to take from though, that's the harder part. Lats or quads maybe?
