Some general info:
- I'm 33 and single. Option A would still have all the tinder possibilities of the major city. Option B would have less than 10 girls on there. I've been single for 10 years now though so am very comfortable on my own, and I've never once wanted to have kids.
- Option A provides a nice 4 bedroom home, whilst Option B provides a small 1 or 2 bedroom kit home (budget limitations)
- Before moving interstate, I used to travel 3 hours and 20 minutes a day on public transport to get to work each and every day. The 90 minute drive is insane to the locals here, however coming from that it doesn't bother me (especially because I'd be coming home to 155 acres of land), but I also only need to go into the office 5 days a fortnight.
- Option A very likely would not be my forever home, whilst Option B would 100% be my forever location... and down the track after building equity I can build a nice big old house on one of the hills.
- Option B gives me an insane amount of possibilities to do things (since all my family and friends are interstate) and keep me busy, however i'd have no social life (however essentially haven't had one for the past 5 or so years anyway because all my best friends have been married with kids and i'd see them all maybe twice every six months)

What are peoples thoughts on this?

You have no social life because you spend too much time travelling to and from work. Would commit sudoku if my commute was that bad.

If B is an amazing deal buy now and rent it out, and then rent closer to work in the city and build some relationships. If it’s not an amazing deal, don’t buy anything.
