Rate my corn and potato chowder/10

I know some will use bacon or ham (and I like both,) but not in my chowder. I'd rather a different protein source on the side. It's a cool, fall day so I thought it would be a nice idea.

I do use a lot of pepper but I season through the day, so maybe you can't see it? Soup base is chicken broth and heavy cream with added butter. To thicken it up I throw in little bit of cornstarch paste and A couple tablespoons of jiffy mix (can use flour if you prefer.)

Bro that looks so fire I want to go get food right now, I mean I got the chicken salad that I had in my fridge from ge earlier but ugh ye? I want like good food. Would you consider green herbs, if not only for appearance? A dash of fresh parsley, or even a sprinkle of dill?

Heck, a nice mince of spring onions to add some of…well, whatever they give. Acidity?

Don’t skimp in the freshly ground black pepper, and consider adding an obligatory dash of cayenne.

Yes green herbs needed and I'm food shopping tomorrow. I added parsley flakes but it's not the same.
