In some cities this would literally eject 95% of students. There was a story about a kid in Baltimore with a .56 GPA and he was actually at the class average. Average. Meaning half the kids were BELOW that and somehow still progressing through the system.

And these kids don't care about school. Their parents use it for daycare, not education. And they have since the kids were little which is why they are all stupid as rocks. One out of FIVE adults in the US is illiterate.
