Fat people who lose weight the right way slowly and calculating thier calories and slowly reducing them dont suffer this guys fate, they usually just get sagging skin around the gut and chest if that. Ive seen women who lost a lot of weight and looked gorgeous. This guy though has bad facial bone structure and genetics so he will never be handsome but props to him for losing weight takes dedication.

I can't knock anyone for weight-loss. Obesity is worshiped way too much in today's society. 150lb is an accomplishment. He's young so maybe his skin might bounce back.

He would’ve looked similar to that anyway combined with poor skin elasticity genetics and carrying that extra weight most of his life. Not much can be done about it naturally. Might tighten up slightly if he keeps it off for a year, but after that time it wouldn’t matter how quickly he lost it or whatever. He could get a face lift and it might improve it, a much simpler procedure than removing pounds of skin from the torso and limbs.
