How come it's ok to sell t-shirts about Gabby's death but not George Floyd's death?

So here we have an Asian man and black woman posing in t-shirts related to Gabby's death and making a mockery of it on the link below. And they are selling it as a Halloween costume. As we know, Gabby was brutally strangled to death.

So how come we couldn't make and sell t-shirts about George Floyd's death? I had some good ideas as well. Like "I'm not George Floyd"; with a picture of him and below it saying "Because I'm not a drug addicted, porn starring, pregnant woman mugging, dirty ape." You know, stuff like that. How come it wasn't ok to sell those?
