Need VPN Advice srs

Is there a preferred VPN for getting around Netflix geo-locking, leaving multiple Google reviews, downloading torrents?


Does it matter if my VPN is based in US or Eastern Europe if I want Latin America and European Netflix content?

Netflix has different media for each location due to legal chit, so yes it probably matters


I used Private Internet Access back in the day, was great and you could instantly switch to other locations
