How come there aren't as many black Astronauts as white Astronauts?

Isn't diversity supposed to be our strength? How can we expect to have all races be equal and live in harmony on earth if we can't even do the same thing outside of this world?

Or how about some Asian women astronauts?

It's not like you have to reverse park when you're in space.

edit: Cancel that, they would still find a way to accidentally reverse into the International Space Station.
