Does living in a simulation mean we will never lose consciousness?

I mean, this theory doesn't explain our birth or death, correct? The simulation doesn't stop, meaning we are going to go on forever no matter what? (srs)

Fuk this fuking consciousness crap. Fuk this Gay Earth. Fuk it all. The only rational thing is to either live blindly as though life matters. Which it doesn’t.

Or to accept the meaninglessness of life and allow yourself to pass away into oblivion and nothingness. To have all of your memories deleted. For you to go off the cliff into the abyss and die, and be dead forever, for eternity.

I guess they are in some kind of base reality, and miscers in that reality will be arguing that it’s mathematically impossible that their existence isn’t a simulation.
