2 months back training - feeling good MISC! (PICS)

Haven't trained in a long time, started training about a month and half two months ago, muscle memory is real, feels good to have some muscle / water weight again haha



Edit- I gained about 30lbs in the past two years from over eating and not training, this is my attempt to lose it and gain muscle again

I got my injury in 2014-2015, i stopped for 3 years, lifted on and off until now, went back about 2 months ago. Neck still hurts me from time to time.

Finally found a routine i can do with minimal pain to my neck and left shoulder. (Left shoulder gave out on me 2 summers / years ago doing shoulder presses on the shoulder press machine

I dont do anything for my neck, its naturally pretty big overall from years of deadlifting / bent over bb rows, exercises like that...5'5 160lbs at the moment
