Recommend me some lifting books
I was browsing westside barbell and elitefts websites looking through their books. I don't really know much about any of them in regards to content or how useful they are.
Does anyone have any books/literature they'd recommend on lifting, getting stronger, training programs, etc. Not so much with olympic lifts but mainly the big 3.
What really piqued my interest and why I'm going down this road is that I had read awhile back that russians and eastern europeans were top shelf back in the day when it come to lifting programs and the how and why behind it and paved the road for a lot of what we see today.
Thanks

I have found my gains again. Thanks Sam Adams
