landlord trying to evict me cuz i didnt pay rent

i got a 30 day notice but little does he know i know the law. he might threaten me with eviction but i know i have the legal right to stay hear. He will have to pay 150$ for an order of possession forum to serve me. then i can and will fight it. then he will have to go thru the system which is backlogged bout 8-10 months cuz covid. So i will lol living hear rent free. oh yeah and his daughter lives upstairs and i ****ed her.
