Misc Officels/WFH - Have you checked out for the year yet?

Realistically, this is the last real week of work for most officels. Next week is Thanksgiving, and very little work gets done then. Then we enter into December.

Some people will do 1-2 weeks of actual work at the beginning of the month, but the last two weeks and the week of New Years nothing gets done.

I’m trying real hard to stay motivated this week, in order to really coast through December, but I’m pretty ready to check out now.

Glad I’m not the only one. Took 2 weeks off at the end of October and delivered on my projects for the year before that. Fully checked out all of November and December this year. I’ll be lucky to work 40 hours combined these last 2 months.

Enjoying that WFH life, but pushing my side hustle full force with the free time.

Took Fridays off for the rest of the year. We stay pretty active until 2nd week of December or so, but then its cricket until after New Years.

That’s a good use of the time. I should be doing the same with my side business.
