I got one of these a couple weeks ago too, same weird markings above the letters, and she sent an unrequested pic. She claimed to be from Mississippi or Missouri or something but they don't use those markings on letters in the US anywhere.

It's got to be some kind of scam, women don't send unsolicited pics to wrong numbers.

I stopped replying, but I'll rep on sight if you can figure out the scam.

Believe it or not, they want the scams to be obvious (srs)

So that it filters out anyone with more than 2 brain cells
