I mostly ate keto meals from factor meals. I would get 8 meals a week for $100, and the rest of the days I would just cook myself

I was looking at butcher box but ran some numbers and can't really justify it

Keto is fairly low protein, so it shouldn't be that big a deal. Sausage and ground beef is high fat and pretty cheap.

buy chicken/pork, beef is pretty high right now so buy only when on sale.

Guess I'm not doing keto then. I'm doing more like 60% protein, 30% fat, 10% carbs

Not on Keto but I eat meat everyday. I buy my chicken, beef and pork from a warehouse type store like Costco. Boneless skinless chicken breast is always $1.99 a lb and hasn't gone up. You can also shop sales at grocery store if they ever have good ones and stock up then.
