Can any software genius help me?

I have a PNG image and i require the text to be changed. I cannot work out how to do it. Could anyone out there help me please.

you'd have to use an image editing software, crop out the text, then add in new text.

text in an image file(.img, .png, etc) is static, meaning it is part of the image itself, so you can't remove then add in new text unless you have the original file that was used to develop it before it was converted to an image.
