Best game I've played in a long time : RimWorld
PC and Mac game, not on consoles.
Addicting as f.
You crash land on a planet, and begin your story of your colony.
Deep game with a ton of features.

I've tried to like it and its just not for me. Way too tedious to begin a new game and things can go from fine to fuarked so quickly.

However the other day I just decided to start harvesting their organs. Instead of selling the slave alive, I instead harvest their lungs, etc…. and then sell the organs for a lot more.
I came about this because my main colonist got injured in a fight and had his right lung destroyed. Harvested one from a prisoner from a faction that hates me already anyway, and then scheduled the operation to transplant it in my colonist.
Fun game.
