Anyone have sleep apnea?
Anyone of you have sleep apnea?
Any alternatives to a cpap machine? Have you cured it by losing weight?
Really dreading having to wear a cpap. Haven’t had a full nights sleep in seven years. I wake up 3-4 times a night.
I’m currently a fat fuk. I’m 6’1 at 252lbs probably 25-30% bf

for me though, I can't stand when air isn't circulating, so now i get circulating air blown directly into my face as I sleep.
If it really bothers you, try wearing it while awake, like watching tv, just to get accustomed to it

How do you get diagnosed with sleep apnea? Symptoms? I wake up 4 times a night but I think it's due to my dogs stirring and having to piss.

Have had CPAP for 5 years. Love it ded fookin srs. Before that I had a dental appliance for sleep apnea for around 5 years. What it does it force your jaw forward while you're asleep. I do not recommend it. It shifts your teeth if your jaw is strong and fks up your bite alignment/jaw alignment. Ded srs.

My parents do. My dad was also really worried about his sleep with the CPAP machine, but he's never had an issue now that he's actually using it. It'll be fine bro, just use it. It's like anything else, you'll get used to it.

I bought something called a "Wellue 02 ring". It goes along with an app you download, and you can set a threshold 02 percentage where if it drops below that it vibrates (strong no homo) and either wakes you up or annoys you so you start breathing again. It tracks average heart rate, average 02, lowest 02 level, and time spent under 90%. You can delete sessions so they don't clutter up your phone.
Would kick em in the nuts

My doc thought I had it. Ordered a sleep study test, spent a night in the hospital on the bullchit but couldn't sleep at all, I was literally awake all night. Turns out my penor is just too big from breaking and taming horses.
