It's great when you go in for an interview with another one lined up

Just came back from a residential electrical company interview. Asked about my utilities experience and they said they take that cable for new construction single family homes.

Should hear back from them later today or tomorrow.

Tomorrow's interview is with a water treatment plant and their pay is a little higher, can't wait to head to their office and give it my all.

When I got fired from my job 2 years ago I had 2 interviews lined up because I knew I was getting fired just not sure when

Turns out I got fired on the day of both my interviews

I was so rattled I went and got hammered at 10am and then showed up to both interviews wasted - One interview was 2 hours long with 4 sessions of groups of 2 people interviewing me including the head of the division and CEO - the company was PIMCO lol

Absolutely bombed both interviews that day (other company was Vanguard)

Nice. I think it helps balance the power equation and make you more relaxed when you are in the same boat as the interviewer....many options and looking for the right fit.
