Do people who get conned by fake natties deserve it?
I mean when you think about it it's just another form of natural selection. If you're so easily conned by smooth talking snake oil salesmen then chances are that you aren't gonna make it anyway. I especially don't feel any sympathy for people who go out of their way to defend their fake natty heroes while blowing substantial amounts of money on snake oil supplements.

i think it's easy to get conned if you really don't know any better, or know nothing about fitness. but there are general red flags regardless when somebody is trying so hard to sell you something. people should be skeptical in general. if you feel like you were sold something rather than feeling like you bought an investment, it's probably likely you've been had. don't assume just because they are "experts" and "professionals" they know what they are talking about.
