ITT we share lifestyle things that have improved our quality of life [reps]

I will go:

- Lowering body fat to sub 15%

- Starting low-carb to achieve the above

- Having a capsule wardrobe

- Using ground coffee in a machine or brewing in a bag instead of 2x chain coffees - saves me enough money to essentially pay my premium dental + gadget insurance

- Using a cleanser-moisturiser-sunscreen routine religiously
communist until you get rich
rightwing until financially secure
atheist until the plane starts falling
slootist until you get married
muslim after you get married

Walking every day and stretching daily has done wonders for me srs. Also cutting weight I agree with. I was always fat growing up, you don't realize how much nicer being lean is till you actually experience it.

- 3 car garage. brb plenty o room to woodwork or park
- 6ft truck bed to use as pickup or to go truck camping
- 65 inch tv in bedroom and living room to watch the referees fuk the Bills with a bunch of pass interference no-calls on sundays
- big ace desk i built myself with 3 shelves on top and plenty o room to misc
- king size bed with 3-4 inch foam topper is hnnnnnng to sleep on
- wireless guitar pickup
- garage full of tools

- being able to WFH

I stopped doing this which was a big mistake but shutting down all electronics 1.5 hours before bed.

Going to start back up again today.

Focusing on performing one task at a time and cutting way back on my phone time. Also deleting social media apps and notifications off my phone.
