So far there is no vax mandate. The courts have shut it down. A lot of employers are requiring vaccines but my company is not. It depends where you live, USA is basically 2 countries right now. The left states are still under a lot of lock downs. Right states are wide open and fighting the federal government in courts.... I still live in the USA, but Joe Biden basically wants to make the USA part of the European Union. or China...
The positive is that a lot of companies and people are mass migrating to republican "free" states. East coast and west coasts are losing business and people in record amounts. I hope other states follow Texas, they are basically canceling all companies that are pro gun control from doing business in Texas. Certain banks have lost BILLIONS in revenue for unconstitutional political alignments. We need to hit these woke companies in their bank accounts

I can compare the 2 since I'm living in a smaller city in UK right now, but was living in DC a few months ago.
If we're comparing big city USA and non big city UK, advantage goes to UK. I am absolutely never asked about vax status in the UK.
No one cares about masks here except Tesco it seems. No masks at gym, no one does the stupid "goes into restaurant w/ mask just to take it off 15 seconds later when you sit down" thing, and absolutely no masks outdoors wtf at this chit.
DC I would say like 35% of people wore masks outside in 90 degree 85% humidity weather. People would stop me 20 feet from the grocery store telling me I needed a mask even when I had a mask in my fkng hand.
People do care a lot less in cities not NYC/DC, etc..
I haven't been to London since Omicron, so I can't compare, but unless things change....
