I've started drinking more water and I look soft AF

From drinking like 1 or 2 glasses a day I've gone up to drinking 3 liters as it's supposed to be good for you and help you lose water weight, but after doing this for 4 days I look soft AF and like I'm holding a ton of water weight more than before wtf is this

Yeah, some folks tend to retain more water. Too much reduces vascularity and sometimes makes you look puffy and less defined.

There's also the issue of water intake and energy levels. Too little water and energy levels may suffer during workouts; too much and you risk reducing definition and looking more "puffy".
