Always been true for me, as far as I can remember. Only exception would be if I just took a piss and then had a sudden, uncontrollable urge to chit but that would be abnormal.

Even then, there's usually a little bit of peepee, like a tiny bit, that makes the trek out of the peepeehole during/after the poopoo.
