Just closed on my house....reps all around.

Finally, after over a year of waiting for it to be built...its still not even done. They need to touch up some paint areas and they are still cleaning it...but finally closed. Will be house poor but closed with ~140k in equity so its not so bad.

Wonderful to hear.

We've had paint trbuoles too. The community club house needs further paint work also. the slow painting work has irritated a number of people in the neighborhood. One guy even called up and left an unpleasant message to get the work done. Come to find out the main guy for painting had just gotten married and was gone on his honeymoon. He should have told others of this though.
